Marvel Comics is getting kids excited about STEAM

This November, Marvel Comics is going to motivate their fans to explore the world of STEAM. The company is working on five way-cool and extra-special covers featuring characters like Gweenpool, Moon Girl, and Riri Williams, who are all young female superheros and STEAM enthusiasts. Fans can also enjoy appearances from iconic characters like the Hulk. 57bce6032096e Photos via Marvel So, why is Marvel highlighting STEAM careers? The company stated: “With our new STEAM Variants, we plan to continue to motivate our fans to explore their passions in the fields of science, technology, engineering, art, and math and present these disciplines through some of our favorite young heroes who are doing just that–following their dreams and preparing for the challenges that await them ahead.” 57bce68356bdf We think it’s amazing (and fun!) that Marvel is engaging young readers with STEAM through their epic visuals and gripping storylines. We have a similar philosophy with our business: we want inventing time to be playful, fun, and magical – just like our favorite comics. 57bce5c6c783a And, we’re hoping that the more we see STEAM in our culture and society, the more inspired our future generation of inventors will be.
