An Arduino powered synth that maps a slider (or other input) to a musical scale, making it easy to jam and sound pretty good without having to learn any scales or music theory.

How To Make It

USB Power -> Slide Dimmer -> Arduino A0

Arduino D5 -> Button -> Oscillator -> Filter (Optional) -> Delay (Optional) -> Speaker

Upload the code to the Arduino bit using the Arduino software and a USB cable.
